Running SQL 2k and SQL 2005 on the same box

Is it possible to run SQL 2k and SQL 2005 on the same server? I know it can
be done with V Machines, but I want to put them on the same box under the
same OS.
I have one application that's keeping me from upgrading to SQL 2005 and they
are not ready for SQL 2005 till 2008. The rest of our business is ready for
2005.
Thanks!
Yes you can. However, if you should remove SQL 2005, you may need to
fix some SQL 2000 registry entries. Search MSDN and you find some
info.

|||You can but be careful. With one third party application (using jdbc)
the application could not connect to SQL 2005 on a mixed server.
